These Terms govern your use of the Startup Nepal website and services. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Startup Nepal provides product strategy, design, and technology development services across several engagement models. The specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and ownership terms for any engagement are agreed in a separate written proposal or agreement.
Applications
Submitting an application does not create an obligation on either party. We review each application and respond with proposed next steps. Any engagement begins only once both parties agree in writing.
Intellectual property
Ownership of work produced is defined by your engagement model — for example, full transfer of ownership in Build-for-Fee and Launch Program engagements, or a partnership arrangement in the Tech Co-Founder model.
Payments
Fees, schedules, and currency (NPR) are set out in your agreement. Refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided in good faith and to a professional standard. To the extent permitted by law, Startup Nepal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
